Welcome, I am so glad you found me. You must be ready to take your life to the next level. Through our work together, you will be able to connect with your body and hear what it has been trying to tell you. The body knows the secrets of all the scars we bear, and we can unlock the mysteries of suffering when we practice deep listening and validation.

Through my years of studying EFT (emotional freedom techniques), meditation, the gifts of gratitude, visualization, grounding techniques, self forgiveness, non-violent communication, and strategies of self-compassion I have become closer to the person I aspire to be, fully me. It would be an honor to share these gifts with you as we witness you fully blossom into the person you have aspired to become, an unadulterated you. Through connecting, we create the dynamic you envision for yourself and your life, freeing you step-by-step from beliefs and society imposed constraints that do not serve you as they were once vital for your survival.   

I offer life coaching, intuitive guidance and divorce doula services. It is essential to have additional resources to support yourself during high conflict divorces. Through my own experience, I had to gather strength and reserves I never even knew I possessed - discovering new to me coping skills. I knew these were tools that must be shared in a broader capacity. Not every divorce is a high conflict divorce, but for those who find themselves there - seeking support is a must. Over the last decade, I have sought and practiced many of the skills and resources I would be honored to pass on to you in your time of need. I look forward to hearing from you.

With confidence  and ceaseless dedication you brave the vaults of wisdom infinity to dare inhabit access to the Akashic records themselves. To offer hope, direction and navigation to the most deserving of longing souls. And the most undeserving alike. 

There has never been a burden you wouldn't help me shoulder. A trial you wouldn't have walked beside me in. A future you wouldn't help me create. 

You have been family in the deepest sense of the meaning before I knew there was tale of such things. You hold such a precious part of my heart.
